Besides reducing costs, the cloud gives businesses access to a multiple utilities including Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) and Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) etc. without requiring purchasing them outright: attractive, fast, universally available and inexpensive solutions for many small businesses today.

One of the biggest trends for businesses of any size is to use innovative technology that allows a better interaction with consumers including apps and interactive platforms but also wearable technology including Google Glass, trackers, wrist bands, smart watches and other kinds of small wearable computers. It doesn’t end there, small businesses should be strategic in their website presence, social media use and how they work and develop leads.
